The GEAR Summit delivers a hands-on, family-friendly experience with live-fire ranges, guided trail runs, training, demos, on-site camping, and evening events. Come test gear, learn from experienced trainersand creators, and be part of a community built around preparedness and adventure.

Passes:
- One Day: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday passes if you're planning to visit for one day only, includes standard Range Day experience.
- Weekend Pass (3 Day): Friday, Saturday, and Sunday passes if you're planning to visit the GEAR event for the weekend, includes standard Range Day experience.
- Weekend Pass with Camping: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday passes with an assigned spot at the Merus Adventure Park Campground (Please note, a $45.00 charge must be applied to all vehicles with trailers over 13 ft long)
Add-Ons:
- Trail Rides: Take on an authentic backcountry offroad experience with guided runs across a hand built 52 mile trail system for every skill level. Pick from Green (Beginner), Blue (Intermediate) or Black (Expert) trail experience. This option is only available for 2-Day/Weekend Pass purchasers. - Night Ride: Take your vehicle on a guided tour through the Green Trail starting at dusk and into the evening hours. Perfect for all skill levels!
- Jeep Badge of Honor Trail Ride: Run the official Jeep Badge of Honor Huckleberry Trail to earn your Merus Adventure Park badge.
- Night Shoot with Clays: Enjoy a guided nighttime clay shoot for a fun, high-energy shooting experience under the lights. Must be 18+ to participate.
- Night Vision Shoot: Experience a guided live fire session using night vision gear and thermal scopes from some of the leading manufacturers in the 2A industry. Must be 18+ to participate.
- Mile Shot Challenge (Presented by Barrett): Ever wondered if you can hit a target from a mile away? This is your opportunity! Each ticket gets you two shots with a Barrett .50 Cal rifle and a chance to earn a challenge token if you connect. Slots are limited each day, so grab yours before they’re gone.
Training & Classes:
- Women's First Time Shooter Clinic: presented by Kerry Slone of We The Female, offering women with little to no firearms experience a supportive, hands-on introduction led by one of the nation’s top female instructors. Must be 18+ to participate.
- Men's First Time Shooter Clinic: New to shooting? The Men’s First-Time Shooter Clinic is designed for beginners and led by Ursula Williams of Troy Industries, a retired law enforcement professional and trusted firearms trainer who’ll walk you through the fundamentals with confidence. Must be 18+ to participate.
*A $10.68 Environmental Recovery Fee is charged for every visitor per Merus Park regulations. This fee helps the park with recycling, waste disposal, and care for the trails.
